The New Year is a great time to consider just how safe is the car you will be driving in 2008.   The Insurance Institute for Highway Safety's website allows you to find safety information about the car you currently drive, as well as recently released models.  The Institute's website gives you access to crash-test and safety information about your vehicle and comparative vehicles as well.

To learn about your car's safety profile, click here and then scroll down to the very bottom of the page where you will see a direct  link to the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety's website.

     Did You Know?

Tires not inflated to the pounds per square inch (PSI) rating recommended by tire manufacturers are less "round" and require more energy to begin moving and maintain speed.  Tires not properly inflated are also more likely to fail at higher speeds.  So in 2008, save gas money, help the environment and driver safer by regularly checking your tires' air pressure.

HAVE A HAPPY AND HEALTHY NEW YEAR!!
